We offer custom exempt processing on
beef, pork, lamb, and goat
for families or animals sold in shares.
Additionally, we offer USDA inspected processing for meat intended for resale.
We now offer make brats and sugar cured bacon. Two pick up dates are needed for bacon. You must pay the total invoice and pick up all other pork and return in two weeks to pick up the bacon after the curing process. The cost of sugar curing is $2 LB on the initial "green" weight of the bacon and brat pricing can be found here and is subject to change due to the fluctuation of seasoning costs.
